Job Title: Project Administrative Assistant (Quotation Clerk)
Salary: $2000 - $3000+ (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Monthly Leave: 8 days
Location: NS16 Ang Mo Kio
Notes:
1. The company specializes in security monitoring and network communication engineering and is seeking a project assistant.
2. The role involves handling and preparing project and bid quotations; data collection and document processing; reviewing contract documents, performing measurements, and timely preparation; preparing bill of quantities, submitting tenders and analyzing them; assisting with cost estimation and quantity measurement; maintaining document and filing systems; and performing administrative and other ad-hoc tasks such as document filing.
3. Experience in the Singapore construction or M&E industry is preferred.
4. Good communication skills are required, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
5. Benefits: Annual leave and sick leave according to labor laws, as well as bonuses and 13th-month salary.
6. Interview Method: on-site is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
