Project Executive/Project Assistant
Responsibility:
- Servicing clients’ needs and build strong working relationships with them
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors on the requirements of the projects
- Oversee all stages of the project from start to the completion
- Attend meetings, site recce, on-site setup and etc
- Main communication between clients, designers, production and contractors
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any relevant field
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in basic Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and manage multi projects simultaneously
- Good communications and people skills
- Self-motivated, highly organised, good time management and possess an eye for detail
- Experienced candidates can be considered for senior position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,900.00 - $3,000.00 per month
