Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned with the
• Impact Collab strategy, outlining goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to understand requirements, gain buy-in, and ensure alignment with Impact Collab objectives.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee procurement related to digital initiatives.
• Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Change Management: Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new digital processes and technologies within the organization.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to innovation and achieving project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in project management, specifically for initiatives within the social impact sector.
• Strong understanding of change management principles with the ability to facilitate organizational change and adoption.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
