Project / Assistant Project Engineer (M&E Interior Fit-Out Works A MUST)

- Facilitates team progress by sharing crucial updates, aligning actions, seeking expert advice, addressing ongoing tasks, contributing to meetings and reports, and flagging obstacles to project completion.
- Manages daily on-site operations, overseeing and coordinating subcontractor activities.
- Serves as a liaison between clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepares comprehensive documentation and reports both before and after project completion, supporting the creation of the Operation and Maintenance manual.
- Ensures adherence to legal and regulatory standards by preparing necessary permits, plans, and compliance documents.
- Supports tender processes, pre-construction surveys, and updating site As-Built drawings.
- Handles general administrative duties as required.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years working experience in M&E at Interior Design Fit out works (Electrical / ACMV / Plumbing / Fire Protection)
