- Working Hours: 9.30am – 6.30am (Mon – Fri) and 9.30am – 5.00pm (Sat)
We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Assistant Project Manager / Project Assistant to join our company in Singapore. The Candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent problem-solving skills, combining practically with an aesthetic sense. With a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills, the Project Manager will be responsible for seamlessly managing multiple ongoing projects.
Job Description & Requirements
- Good in developing, organizing, planning, and executing projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules.
- Communicate with client and your project team mates during a project. Ensure the flow of information within the project, especially during the production stage.
- Managing subcons and suppliers, Prepared, organized, clear, concise, and respectful to all parties.
- Prepare work schedules for all projects.
- Monitor ongoing project progress and tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Design and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide support to sales and procurement teams for sourcing of materials if needed.
- Site surveys ensure all defects of your projects are closed.
- Provide ad-hoc after-sales support.
- Provide quotations on occasion.
- Upkeep proper filing system alongside colleagues.
- Provide M&E drawings and ensure minimal disruptions to production issues to prevent monetary loss. You shall manage the overall project production sequence.
- Must fulfil company the assigned SOPs and KPI.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Sketch Up and Autodesk Auto CAD is advantageous
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
