About the Role

Job Responsibilities

• Support operations team members (such as project managers, project engineers, service technicians) with project coordination & other assigned tasks.
• Develop, maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules.
• Develop templates/ checklists for use with new acquisitions and ongoing project integration.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Research, compile, process and coordinate project data e.g. data entry, report generation, metrics collection.
• Analyze risks and opportunities, manage project costs.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Receive customer requests/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide price and cost proposals in response to customers’ requests.
• Coordinate with procurement in purchasing items necessary for the projects/service repair.
• Forward invoices and work reports to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Demonstrate elevated levels of disciplined, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy in delivery of works under limited timeframe pressures.

Who You Are

• You have proven project coordination experience (ideally 1-2 years) in the electronic security industry/ other similar technical environments.
• You possess a background in hardware/ electronic/ systems engineering or will enjoy the technical nature of integrated security solutions/ systems such access control & CCTV systems.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across diverse audiences.
• You are a go getter, problem solver with exceptional analytical skills.
• You possess strong organisational skills in dealing with multiple issues & various deliverables.
• You have sound commercial knowledge around financial analysis, cost management & project profit margins.
• You have excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills; solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
• You are resilient, possess a growth mindset & will take on the challenge to deliver results with a keen eye for details.
