Project Management/ Operations Intern

You will have the opportunity to
Assist with Home Automation devices for Singapore homes and offices.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the company in ensuring the smooth running of projects and delivery of measurable outcomes.

- Assist in a wide variety of projects, big and small
- Work closely with the director and manage various projects to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Maintain and track all projects and documentation, ensure proper and consistent communication of status to the clients and internal team
- Building relationships with key customer contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to lay the foundations for continued growth and partnership.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, agencies and third parties.
- Advocate and collect customer business use-cases to product development.
- Effectively communicate with customers and provide training
- Support in other projects delegated by the director
- Tech Savvy
- Strong work ethics and positive attitude
- Well-organised and good multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency.
- Effective communications with external and internal stakeholders
- Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Independent worker and team player to ensure outcomes are achieved while managing expectations
- Able to manage and resolve issues appropriately in a timely manner
- Technical domain knowledge of two or more of the following: Networking, Smart Home/ Office Automation, Marketing, Analytics or Programming.
- Experience in Io T Devices, Knowledge of Smart Home/ Office Devices
- Driver’s License
