About the team
We are a dynamic team that oversees the Pay Pal Innovation Lab and Singapore Development Center business operations. We are responsible for planning, communication, risk management and project management of programs for the technology community, product development of proofs-of-concept, ecosystem development and programs that demonstrate and showcase Pay Pal’s industry thought leadership. We are a lean but formidable squad who loves crazy ideas, solving complex problems and going above and beyond for our stakeholders!

As a project manager on our team, you will drive key initiatives and projects that support our strategic objectives. Working closely with local leadership, stakeholders, and our technology teams, you will ensure that both employees and customers enjoy an exceptional experience.
Your day to day
As Pay Pal continues to grow, so do our roles. Below is a snapshot of what you can expect, but part of the excitement is that no two days will be the same:
Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery of projects Manage scope and milestones across project(s) to ensure completion of project(s) goals. Identify and track project interdependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues. Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the projects are on track, document accurate status of projects. Create presentations, creatives and related content. Facilitate idea brainstorming of new experiences for stakeholders.
