Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by reviewing project specifications and drawings to define the scope and costs of MEP projects.
- Perform material and labor quantity take-offs, collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate assessments.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Assist with tender preparation, evaluate bids, and ensure they meet project standards and competitiveness.
- Oversee MEP-related contracts, manage variations, and resolve contractual disputes during the project.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs without sacrificing quality, assess risks, and create mitigation strategies.
- Generate cost reports for stakeholders, collaborate with all project members, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experiences in industrial, commercial or data-centre projects
- Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical is an added advantage.
