Personal Assistant (1 Year Contract) / Environmental Service / West

Our Client is a leader in the Environmental industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
Minutes taking and handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Monitor email and manage phone calls
Manage various office communication use appropriate office communication tools.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
File management, expense reimbursements, and other administrative support.
Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and providing information or redirecting as appropriate.
Ensure and managed physical and electronic documents
Any ad-hoc duty as assigned

Requirement

Min Diploma in Business Admin
Min 4 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
