Executive Assistant (1 Year Contract) / Environmental Service / West

Our Client is a leader in the Environmental industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Executive Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Minutes taking and handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Monitor email and manage phone calls
  • Manage various office communication use appropriate office communication tools.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
    File management, expense reimbursements, and other administrative support.
  • Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and providing information or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Ensure and managed physical and electronic documents
  • Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirement
  • Min Diploma in Business Admin
  • Min 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
