Responsibilities
  • Schedule, organize meetings [internal & external], sessions and agendas.
  • Record and disseminate meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Assist to prepare Power Point slides and reports for presentations.
  • Support claims applications
  • Assist with tabulation, track, update and generate manpower statics for reporting including staff movement / allocation
  • Prepare documents for nurses’ interviews.
  • Assist with new staff orientation.
  • Assist with budget planning and analysing Profit and Loss statements of the department/ wards.
  • Assist in collating, analysing and reporting department balance score card.
  • Assist in event management such as Nurses’ Day, Team Bonding activities.
  • Assist to maintain systematic and efficient operations in the department.

Requirements
  • Degree in Healthcare management preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related industries and / or preferably in healthcare.
  • Proactive with a positive learning attitude
