QC Technician (5 days /Tuas, SG)

- Perform daily to complex tests on Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Intermediates, using judgment and interpretation after training.
- Conduct calculations to determine if products meet quality standards, seeking guidance on complex issues as needed.
- Recommend technical formula or material adjustments based on test results and coordinate with corporate when necessary.
- Clean, maintain, and calibrate equipment, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other teams to communicate test results and recommend corrective actions.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding product quality and test results.
- Complete and document test results, following established operating procedures.
- Assist in training and may assign work to lower-level personnel.
- Support batchmaking or operator tasks, requiring physical ability and adaptability.
- Diploma, ITE, or equivalent education and experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in QC or production is required.
- Proficiency in mathematical calculations.
- Experience conducting general quality control tests using laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of basic production and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to make formula or material adjustments within defined parameters.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in Tuas, Singapore.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
