- Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts, Settlement
- Measuring and taking off quantities, liaising and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission
- Able to Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
- Able to ensure timely finalisation of contracts
- Any other duties that deem required to complete the work
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- 3 years and above experience as QS in Singapore or overseas
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Competent in software skills MS Office and Auto CAD.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
