Location: Potong Pasir
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Job Description
- Craft attractive designs and layouts for various projects that captivate and inspire.
- Develop comprehensive architectural and interior design proposals and presentations.
- Prepare detailed tender and construction documentation.
- Conduct site measurements and collaborate on layout plans, ensuring optimal material selection.
- Create design concept sketches, space planning layouts, elevation drawings, and detailed design development.
- Produce high-quality interior design drawings and realistic 3D renderings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address and fulfill client needs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, including 3D Max, Auto CAD, and Photoshop.
- Strong ability to produce hand sketches to convey design ideas effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
