Job Description
- Project Planning & Coordination : Develop timelines, coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensure smooth project execution.
- Budget & Cost Management : Monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates, and manage material procurement.
- Site Supervision : Oversee on-site works to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project records and provide progress updates.
- Client Management : Handle client expectations and provide support throughout the project.
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2 years in renovation or construction, ideally in commercial office projects.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and project management software skills. Familiarity with renovation processes, local regulations, and safety standards.
