- Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
- To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
- To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
- Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
- To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
- To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and Mand E engineering works.
- To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried
- Atleast four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil engineer, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to works in this Contract.
- The RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accepted by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
