Job Summary:
Trust Health Medical is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Physician (RP) to join our dynamic team. As an RP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Manage chronic diseases, offer preventive care, and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with clinic protocols and legal requirements.
• Participate in clinic meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees.
• Stay updated with medical advancements and best practices to deliver state-of-the-art care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and clinic policies.

Qualifications:

• MBBS / MD or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• At least 5 years of experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
