Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Retail Florists / Floral Artists. No experience? No problem!
We provide on-the-job training to equip you with the skills you need. Whether you're new to the industry or looking to develop your passion for floristry, we welcome all candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements for various occasions.
• Create and design floral arrangements (training provided).
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Manage inventory and restocking of floral supplies.
• Handle retail sales, including operating the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements :

• No prior experience required – willingness to learn is key.
• Strong interest in floristry and a flair for creativity.
• Positive attitude with a desire to develop floral design skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment .
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers.
