- Leading a team of store person in warehousing and daily operations.
- Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
- Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standards and guidelines.
- Plan warehouse operations
- Prepare inventory reports and in charge of stock count.
- Prepare reports and assign jobs to staff
- Plan schedules and coordinate with part-time staff.
- Delivery goods to assigned locations
- Loading and unloading of stocks
- Package goods for shipment or storage
- Responsible for safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods/ materials
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and efficiency
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager/Director
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse (Retail/E-Commerce industry)
- Must possess O-Level or Diploma in relevant disciplines
- Able to perform work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to safely handle loading and unloading goods.
- Physically fit and healthy as manual labour is required.
- Knowledge of general warehousing procedures is essential
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency are needed.
- Independent and proactive
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to support OT or work on PH if necessary
