Job Description

• Manage order fulfillment, order picking & packing and tracking of inventory.
• Product photography, loading products to website, studio assistance
• Deliver customer service and manage customer experience as a Retykle brand ambassador, drive awareness around sustainability and concept of circular fashion.
• Assist in offline events such as pop-up events.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience with e-commerce, retail operations and/or logistics a plus
• Interest in technology, fashion, e-commerce, and/or sustainability
• Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture.
• Enthusiasm for creating efficient processes and solving problems.
• Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, hands-on with organisation skills
• Fluent in English
• Permitted to work in Singapore
