Retail Operations Manager (Singapore)

A renowned retail company with strong reputation and presence in the region is actively looking to recruit an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join their team in Singapore. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage the stores island-wide and drive the commercial strategies to support the company's growth.
Job Description
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Develop, plan and drive strategies that align with business goals to promote growth
- Manage a team to ensure the implementation of the commercial strategies/campaigns/incentives are successfully rolled out across the retail stores
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as track competitor activity to develop effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate closely with other departments and leaders to understand the market and develop effective business development strategies.
To be successful, you will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in apparel/fashion, with a track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of retail operations in Singapore is a must for this role
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate teams
