• Coordinate on PO issuance.
• Submission of vendors’ invoices & supporting documents to account payables
• Monitor stock availability.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders for delivery arrangement
• Support sales workflow related request.
• Prepare delivery & return related forms.
• Coordinate project equipment list for delivery purpose, serial number update & warranty letter request.
• Perform Order Entry if required.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

• At least GCE 'O' level
• Minimum 1-year administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Pleasant personality and keen to learn.
• Team player with good communication skills
