• Achieve sales objectives in the assigned territories and key accounts as per business requirements.
• Maintain and improve our relationship with Airlines and act as primary liaison from 3M.
• Work closely with application engineering team to identify new opportunities at end customers.
• Gather market intelligence to understand industry trend, customer needs and competitive landscape of the region and communicate periodically to management.
• Enhance our channel presence in the region to ensure product availability.
• Work closely with internal stake holders like supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of products to channel partners.

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Previous experience working with an airline or 3rd party MRO as an aircraft engineer in maintenance of structural/exterior segment, Interior/cabin segment will be added advantage.
• Proven and consistent track record of increasing and exceeding sales objectives
• Experience in industrial sales with an engineering background.
• Excellent communication skills and exhibits exemplary teamwork.
• Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams
• Highly motivated, self-driven and can work independently to achieve goals.
