We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our client. The Salesforce Solution Architect will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with the business objectives and requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, strong technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams


Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, and design innovative, scalable, and effective solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and expertise on Salesforce architecture, integration, and development best practices to the development and technical teams.

• Salesforce Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal use of platform features.

• Integration: Design and oversee integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring data flow and functionality between Salesforce and other systems.

• Data Management: Develop strategies for data management, data governance, and data migration within Salesforce.

• Security and Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance, including data privacy regulations.

• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, configurations, and integrations for future reference and auditing purposes.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators, enabling them to make the most of Salesforce functionality.

• Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Salesforce solutions to enhance performance, user experience, and business outcomes.

• Partner Management: Liaising and working with technology teams and vendors (including Salesforce) to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications and business objectives and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and communicate solution progress, issues, and updates effectively.

• Quality in Delivery: Leading quality management reviews and ensuring that all business and design requirements are met;

• Oversight: Maintaining oversight across all in-practice client projects via timely reviews and guiding and assisting delivery resources, as appropriate, to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to company standards

• Helps in building the internal knowledge base, contribute to thought leadership and best practices
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• One or more Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud certifications,

• Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns), Experience with data modeling, data architecture, and data management within Salesforce.

• Deep understanding of and experience with SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design

• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and various integration options.

• Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in Salesforce.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically.

• Project management skills to lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects effectively.

• Minimum 10 years of IT project delivery/consulting experience,

• Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

• Experience working with iterative and agile methodologies

• Data migration experience

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

• A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
