The Role
The Shipping Documentation Executive manages all shipping documents for the department. This person comes in important to making sure everything is accurate and meeting regulations, preparing and keeping track of shipping documents, and helping different departments communicate smoothly.
Responsibilities includes:
- Act as the main contact between all parties.
- Ensure transport documents and bills of lading are accurate and complete
- Freight costs calculations and freight invoices issuance, import & export documents preparations
- Work closely with the Chartering team
- Min 3 years experience in shipping industry with a Maritime Certification
- Detailed oriented, Team player as well as working well independently.
- Confident communicator
- IMOS understanding/experience would be advantageous.
- Looking to working in a motivated international environment
