Job Description: We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our Logistics Department at a warehouse in the West region. You will be responsible for preparing and managing shipping documents, coordinating logistics operations, and acting as the primary point of contact for shipping-related inquiries. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are ready to work in a collaborative team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage high volumes of shipping documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and airway bills.
  • Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and comply with industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with forwarders for timely import and export shipping processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for shipping inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Generate operation management reports and maintain documentation accuracy.
