Our client is a well-established, one-stop service provider specializing in accounting, audit, corporate secretarial, and tax services. Located in the heart of Singapore’s business district at International Plaza, the firm is supported by a dynamic team of Chartered Accountants, International Accountants, Chartered Secretaries, and Accredited Tax Practitioners. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a skilled Senior Account Executive.
Job Description:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will provide comprehensive accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of key financial services, including bookkeeping, GST filings, preparation of financial reports (unaudited and consolidated), and corporate tax submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts for clients across multiple industries.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings and corporate tax submissions.
- Draft unaudited financial statements and perform tax computations.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports.
- Assist in audit preparations and collaborate with the audit partner on reporting. Address client inquiries and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or audit firm , with expertise in managing full sets of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Quick Books, Xero, and Singtax.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive client service approach.
