Responsibilities:
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cost control initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide management accounting reports and insights to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in cost management, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary commensurate based on candidate's skill and working experience.
