Responsible for determining the capacity needed by an organization to meet the changing demands for the products. Understands how the business operates and plans for future capacity requirements. Undertakes planning activities to ensure targets are met and optimizes organization efficiency and cost.

1. Responsible for Warehouse / Transport capacity planning by analyzing and planning productivity outlook by having labour / transport network requirements alignment from commercial, operations, transport and vendor management teams.
2. Conduct and drive meetings by supplying relevant data, provide updates on plans and highlight concerns relating to actual or potential issues.
3. Create capacity plans which meet business targets and optimize organization efficiency and costs.
4. Support change requests and prepare plans and forecasts in line with changes.
5. Continually monitor and review plans and make appropriate adjustments in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances.
6. Continually review ways in which to make improvements and make the capacity planning and process more efficient.
7. Utilize knowledge and planning methods to drive best practice results.
8. Analyse and simulate cost savings initiatives to estimate labour, materials and other resource requirements.
9. Design and maintain capacity performance reports and statistics to share with internal stakeholders and provide information as required in relation to organization metrics and updates.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
2. At least 1-2 years relevant experience in logistic capacity planning. Fresh graduate with relevant degree or internship is welcomed as well.
3. Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate complex concepts to others.
4. Able to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
5. Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of the cost of failure to both the production and the ability to fulfil customer orders.
6. Results orientated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
7. Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage information, data and trends.
8. Proficient in Pivot Table & v Lookup is a must. Familiar with coding language (eg SQL) will be highly advantageous.
9. Knowledge and experience of project management skills.
10. Must be comfortable to be base in 47 Jalan Buroh (Lakeside).
