Senior Audit or Assistant Manager (Financial Services)

- Operational Support: Provide operational and transactional support for new and existing investment portfolios across various asset classes in the Asia Pacific region.

Transaction Management:
- Prepare funding and repatriation instructions, liaising with counterparties to ensure timely execution and settlement.
- Reconcile cash transactions and record investment activities in relevant systems (e.g., Geneva / Cobra).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Treasury, SPV Accounting) on deal transactions and operating expenses.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for business segment leads and global heads.
- Data Management: Set up and maintain investment attributes and transactional data for Asia Pacific deals.
- Accountancy qualification.
- Minimum two years PQE experience with exposure to the financial services industry, preferably with a Big Four background in Transactional Services, M&A advisory, or Valuation services.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with bank debt and/or bonds is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Geneva and coding skills (Tableau/Sigma/Python/SQL) is a plus.
- Confident communicator (both oral and written) with strong relationship skills.
- Meticulous, inquisitive, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to team success.
