Join Arup Singapore as a Consulting Engineer, where you will lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring high-quality design and technical excellence. You will engage in project management, client relationship building, and the development of innovative engineering solutions. Your role will also involve mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of the Infrastructure group.

The Opportunity
- Lead the technical and design input on a variety of civil engineering projects.
- Manage projects, including client relationships and business development activities.
- Supervise and develop the technical skills of team members.
- Prepare and deliver detailed tender submissions and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and quality systems.

Is this role right for you?
What we offer you
- A recognized degree in Civil Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Chartered Engineer status or Singapore PE, with familiarity with local codes and practices.
- Strong project management skills and experience in supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to independently conduct technical analyses and provide sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and build strong client relationships.
