- Planning, Managing and executing of all types of piling (RC pile, Steel pile, Bored pile, Driven/Jackin), soil nail, ground anchor, shotcrete works & Grouting works
- Coordinating with maincon, subcons, client on execution part
- Directly reporting to Operations Director on a day to day basis
- Ensure QA/QC is followed with respect to the specifications and drawings
- Must be familiar with ACAD, Microsoft Package to prepare asbuilt for piling works and other geotechnical related works executed by the company
- Determination of mean sea levels, singapore height datum levels for micro-bored pile cut off/toe level from soil investigation, TBM, drawings and able to identify soil classifications with respect to BH’s and drawing specs.
- Management of all site related activities
- Preparation of daily report for the project’ handled
- Responsible to ensure all project documentation been obtained from office (drawing, setting out plans, MS, RA, SWP etc.) before start of works
- Liaise with all parties as well as the authorities to resolve any site execution discrepancies, construction issues and report to office for any contractual issues i.e VO items.
- Promote and safeguard the safety standards
- Able to manage workers at site and maintain the decorum of the company’s team culture

Able to manage the works on their own independently and complete the project successfully ahead of schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Any Engineering background from recognized institutions.
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience with min. 7 + years’ experience in LTA/PUB/HDB piling projects.
- Experience as Site engineer, site supervisor and also possess contracts knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience of working inside Jurong Island for minimum 4-5 medium sized projects is mandatory
- Should have attended and completed course on SOP Act, Singapore
- Should have knowledge of excel VBA coding, photoshop.
- Should be able to develop an application software based on company site requirements.
