We’re searching for a Senior Engineer to be part of our Photolithography Process Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to sustain and improve process capability to meet operations goals.

What you will be working on:
  • To establish systems/guidance in developing, sustenance and improvement of process capability indices,
  • Perform shift duties to support production
  • Monitor process performance indices, troubleshoot out-of-control situations
  • Start-up new equipment processes, work with equipment, integration and manufacturing engineers and external customers
  • Establish work procedures, corrective actions and preventions
  • Oversee all Special Test Request, Non Conformance Review, Engineering Abnormal Report status and follow-up actions
  • Manage/drive vendors performance
  • Ensure productivity improvement through process optimization
  • Establish and maintain a good audit system,
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs
  • Organize, develop and lead task-force for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement.
More about you:
  • Min Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Materials / Microelectronics Engineering / or the equivalent
  • ASML, PAS/ XT Scanner, TEL ACT8 Track, Hitachi CDSEM, KT5300/ 5200 Overlay tool knowledge
  • Good Project & Vendor management skills
  • Good Team Player
  • Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
