- To lead a team of Sales Admin Officers
- To supervise/ handle import, export, shipping documentation and arrangement
- To take care of letter of credit document negotiation function
- To act as liaison party between local Production Division and Japan Headquarters on relevant matters particularly on order booking arrangement
- To check Technical Specifications of Machine Tools before proceeding with order booking to Japan HQ and local Production Division
- To correspond/ negotiate with Japan HQ and local Production Division on relevant sales administration matters
- To prepare and create Sales Master Plan for each budget term as well as monitoring Sales Master Plan against Actual Result
- To prepare commercial and technical reports for Management in Japanese language
- To communicate and negotiate the financial terms with Japanese banks in Singapore and subsequently offer financial plans for customers’ consideration
- To provide sales administration support for countries under Singapore territories such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and India as and when required
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- Fluent in English and Japanese (both oral and written) in order to interface between Singapore office and Japan HQ
- Familiar with sales operation in Singapore, Japan and other overseas markets in Machine Tool business
- Well-versed with Technical Specification of Machine Tools
- Possess in-depth knowledge of machine tool industries and shipping documentation
- Excellent in Microsoft Office skills
- Relevant working experience is a pre-requisite
- Independent, fast response and willing to work overtime
