Spark Systems is a Fin Tech Company, a game changer in Singapore’s foreign exchange (FX) space. The company is founded on the principles of precise trading and market growth using cutting-edge technology for high-speed trading, and no aims to develop a Singapore-based marketplace for the corporate treasuries and international banks based locally. Spark Systems is an MAS grant recipient and also have undergone several series of fundraising.


We are hiring a Finance Senior or Finance Executive to join our fast growing and vibrant team.
He/she will report to the Head of Finance.


Job Description

• Process and handle daily finance transactions including (but not limited to)

o Preparation of payment vouchers & processing payments
o Checking and approving claims
o Invoicing and trade volume reconciliation
o Preparation of Statement of Accounts and Debt recoverability
o Maintenance of Account Files

• Prepare monthly management accounts, quarterly GST reports, annual financial statements and XBRL filing

• Assist in budgeting and financial projections

• Liaise with Korea, Malaysia and Korea counterparts for financial reporting.

• Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax annual filing

• Liaise with auditors on annual financial audit and other audits, if any

• Coordinate and organise quarterly Board Meetings and annual AGM

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of quarterly investor report

• Assist in investor/shareholder relationships and liaising with Corporate Secretarial for share related transactions

• Assist with GCNS carbon reporting and quarterly ESG reports

• Other ad-hoc related duties
  

Requirements

• Minimum degree in Accountancy or with relevant qualification

• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience for Senior / 1-2 years for Finance Executive

• Positive work attitude, motivated and initiative

• Flexible and comfortable to work in a fast paced-everchanging environment

• Technical and Detailed

• Comfortable with a changing environment

• Big4 audit experience is a plus
