Title: Senior HRBP – Singapore based - Tech start up
Location: Singapore

About the Role:
Our client is a Singapore headquartered tech company who is looking for a Senior HRBP to join the team in their Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the organizational and talent strategy to support the company’s growth and expansion objectives
• Work closely with the COO and other senior executives in helping to shape the company culture, drive talent & engagement initiatives
• Act as a partner and advisor to senior stakeholders of portfolio companies to help establish HR systems, policies and processes
• Ensure effective and efficient implementation of policies and practices pertaining to all HR matters to ensure consistency and transparency
• Continuously review HR services, offerings, and processes and propose amendments and customization where necessary to ensure competitiveness
• Manage all HR related matters within the company

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience as a generalist/business partner
• Experience in start-ups and professional services would be preferred
• Strong problem-solving approach
• Comfortable interacting and communicating with executive management levels
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
