Job Description
What you will be doing:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to propel the growth of Singapore business and meet business priorities
Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners (agencies & industry bodies), to deliver effective marketing initiatives
Lead PR efforts to enhance the company's reputation and manage relationships with media and industry influencers.
Oversee corporate communications and build CEO profile across all channels of communication
Support the leadership and HR in implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and help position the firm as an employer of choice to attract and retain top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies and associations to enhance the company's presence and influence.
Take a client-first approach by collaborating closely with local sales and business delivery teams to understand client needs, drive cross-selling opportunities, and enhance client relationships.
Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive online visibility and lead generation.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate and contribute as a team player in a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

You are:

Minimally with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimally with 1 - 2 of managerial experience and an accumulative of 10- 12 years of experience in Marketing role
A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
Has exceptional verbal & written communication skills
High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders and senior management
