This is a remote position.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap for different products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business, to define product requirements and prioritize product features.
  
• Work closely with engineering teams, as part of the Agile squad, to ensure the product vision is aligned with technical capabilities and constraints.
  
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for delivery.
  
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive customer satisfaction.
  
• Create and maintain the product backlog, including clear and consistent user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritization
  
• Provide vision and direction to the agile development team & stakeholders
  
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of pre-prepared tasks to work through
  
• Identify problems linked to the evolution of the product
  
• Provide conceptual and technical solutions to deliver product
  
• Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are in order to provide appropriate advice to stakeholders and guide the Agile team
  
• Identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques
  
• Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
  
• Consult internal and external stakeholders about the benefits or drawbacks of new technology or strategies
  
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
  
• Identify and manage all blockers and document solutions
  
• Manage and lead the product release and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  
• Provide an active role in identifying and mitigating impediments that impact the successful team completion of sprint goals and product release

Requirements

• 5+ years working experience as a Product Owner
  
• Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design or similar relevant field preferred
  
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and feedback
  
• An interest and understanding of project management techniques
  
• Understanding of Agile processes and principles is greatly desirable
  
• Ability to provide project leadership to a team
