Senior Researcher/Advisor

Your role will be in supporting clients in our core services areas – societal trends analysis, reputation & trust-building, materiality assessments, sustainability strategy development, consumer engagement & sustainable living, and stakeholder engagement & advocacy – and helping to build the Globe Scan brand in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning for APAC
- Lead in managing projects, including oversight on the work plan, deliverable schedule and budget
- Analyze insights, draft reports and present findings and implications to clients
- Help drive business development, drafting proposals and supporting the growth of key accounts
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients in the region
- Stay informed about industry developments and relevant peer/competitor activities
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in social science research or consulting
- Impeccable writing and oral skills in English
- Experience in advising clients in some of Globe Scan’s core service areas (see above)
- Self-starter mentality and highly collaborative mindset
- Strong cultural and business knowledge of the APAC market
- Understanding of the sustainability landscape in Asia Pacific is advantageous
- Have a strong sense of purpose, mission, and passion about driving a positive future
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian language is a plus
