Position Description
-
Responsible for providing application support to customers within the Life Sciences segment in Singapore - Work closely and collaboratively with local sales team to meet or exceed sales target, expand existing businesses, identify and develop new business and opportunities
- Provide product presentations, demos and technical training to customers
- Proactively provide support, troubleshooting and resolve application problems for customers
- Drive and support strategic partnership and collaborations through workshops, seminars and exhibitions
- Conduct market intelligence research and understand customer’s application areas for product and solution positioning
- Provide technical training to the sales team to increase knowledge and effectiveness
Position Requirements
-
Masters or Ph.D in Biotechnology, Biology, Molecular Biology or related studies - Experience in Molecular Diagnostics and/or Life Science markets with strong technical capabilities
- Some experience as a field application/technical specialist or in a similar role is advantageous
Personal Requirements

Able to work independently and a good team player - Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
