Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the structural design and analysis of complex projects, including high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations, such as the Singapore Building Control Act.
Provide technical support during construction, including site visits, inspections, and resolving technical issues.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
A drive to explore new technologies and methodologies.
Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations.
