Service Crew (Fine Dining)(Bugis)


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteos service
  • Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
  • Greet and direct guests to available tables
  • Record orders and serve orders, comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages when needed Input orders into POS system
  • Maintain a clean, neat and safe environment
  • Able to communicate effectivtly with team members and guests
  • Other Ah-hoc duties as assigned
OTHER INFORMATION:
  • Transport Allowance
  • Night Shift Allowance
  • Staff Meal provided
  • 6 days work week, 9 hours per shift
