Position : Service Engineer

Base location: Singapore (at various site locations per project requirement)
Local travelling: Required.
Overseas travelling: No, unless there is relevant project requirement


Role Overview—
Our Service Engineer position requires a hands-on person in executing all project and service instrumentation and control activities based on the project needs. This role requires the candidate to support both the Project and Service Team for projects related to onshore natural gas installations by using their servicing skills in Instrumentation and Control Systems.


Pre-requisite—

• Education:

A minimum of a Diploma in Engineering or related field.

• Experience:

2 years of relevant experience in project or service engineering, with roles in testing and commissioning.

• Technical Knowledge:

Proficient in interpreting Wiring Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagrams, Schematics, Process Control Narratives, Control Logic Diagrams.

• Work Style:

Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
Adaptive to management changes & approaches, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in challenging work environments.

• Driving License:

Valid Singapore Class 3 License.

Responsibilities—

• Perform Field Service Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Equipment, including transmitters, flow meters, gas chromatographs, and PLC-based control systems.
• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance Contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Support the Project and Service Manager in daily project activities and assigned tasks for successful project execution.
• Ensure timely submission of detailed service reports to clients, and maintain clear communication regarding service outcomes.
• Provide ad-hoc support for mechanical services, including Safety Valve replacements and Pressure Regulator installations.
• Assist in compilation of Project End Deliverables, including Manufacturing Data Dossiers and Project Service Reports for client submission.
