The Role
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform and applications, including user administration, security, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
- Implement and test Service Now upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal impact and downtime.
- Develop and maintain Service Now customizations and integrations using Service Now scripting tools, APIs, and web services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Service Now performance and availability issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and training to Service Now users and stakeholders, resolving incidents and requests, and escalating issues as needed.
- Document and maintain Service Now configuration, processes, and best practices, following ITIL and change management standards.
- Analyze and evaluate Service Now functionality and features, recommending improvements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with the IT service management team and the business process owners to understand and translate business requirements into Service Now solutions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service Now system administrator, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Certified Service Now system administrator or higher.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Service Now platform and applications, especially ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Proficient in Service Now scripting tools, such as Java Script, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Jelly.
- Experience in Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Experience in Service Now upgrades, patches, and enhancements, following best practices and testing methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
- Based in Singapore.
