We are looking for a candidate to support the successful end-to-end delivery of a premium experience via our Fisher & Paykel showroom that positively represents Fisher & Paykel’s brand, influencing enduring loyalty that ultimately increases market share and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your key role is to promote and demonstrate smart home products to customers both in home and in showroom. You will confidently present product features of the appliances, conduct clear and concise product demonstrations and highlight the benefits to Fisher & Paykel customers both in a home setting and in the showroom, kitchen partners, developers and specifiers. You delight in providing excellent customer service including addressing enquiries relating to technical specifications. You have a keen eye for design and detail and will assist to set up and maintain attractive product displays.
In addition:
Customer Experience Delivery
- Act as a Fisher & Paykel brand ambassador and warmly welcome guests on arrival and ensure their journey through the showroom is aligned with our Fisher & Paykel design story and the customer's needs
- Actively involved in visitor management and proactively helps visitors with their product selection and purchase process
- Have a basic understanding and build lasting relationships with our key stakeholder community (kitchen designers, interior designers and architects (both interior & landscape)) through showroom interactions
- Work closely with BDM to deliver a curated Fisher & Paykel premium experience to all visitors to attract target auidence, providing guests with in-depth product detail & pricing information
Front of House
- Work with BDM to support showroom activities in regard to programmes, activations, event preparation setup to ensure event planning is executed to a high standard. This includes arranging for refreshments, wine tasting setup, cooking demo setup as required.
- Assist with "front of house" presentation
- Assist with housekeeping which includes refilling fridges with refreshments, and making coffee & tea for visitors
- Assist with consumer care which includes managing showroom calendar, bookings and demonstration timings, answering phone calls and incoming emails to the Showroom inbox, redirecting questions and issues where appropriate
Administrative
- Provide high-level administrative support to customers and Fisher & Paykel colleagues
- Ensure First Aid kit is fully stocked at all times and replenish when needed
- Other ad-hoc matters
Job Requirements:
- Willing to travel across island
- 40hrs work week (inclusive of one weekend)
- Diploma and above in retail and sales, hospitality and business with experience in direct purchase process
- Team player
- Eloquent and good communicator in English
- Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
- Attend product training sessions to deepen product knowledge.
