- Responsible for the overall financial and operational excellence for the various departments : Logistics, Installation and Maintenance & Repair;
- Perform strategic planning including the setting of specific KPIs for each department;
- Plan and ensure continuous improvements of service & operational delivery processes;
- Take ownership of & be involved in the annual budget process;
- Ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled;
- Responsible for work safety measures & risk assessment for various departments; Any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by reporting manager and/or management
Requirements
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
- Minimum diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration & M&E systems.
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
