Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a dynamic team. This position offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure the store’s product displays are consistent with the brand's image.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle and resolve customer issues, store emergencies, and other related matters.
• Conduct staff training and provide ongoing support to improve performance.
• Manage inventory and prepare monthly sales reports and analysis.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales or management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with office software and basic data analysis tools.
• Previous experience in the health supplements, cosmetics, alcohol, jewelry, or high-end retail sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent appearance and professional demeanor.
• Candidates are preferred to have at least a diploma or higher. Exceptional candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience: Experience managing a store and leading a team of 1-2 staff members is highly preferred.
