Store Manager - International fashion brand

Job Requirements:
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,400.00 per month
Benefits:
- Strong experience related to fashion and retail industries as a Store Manager/Team Leader/Supervisor or any related positions.
- Open to permanent stay Singapore candidate / have valid pass (married to Singaporean) / no issues with accommodation & transportation
- Fluent in English
- Fully manage and take responsibility for your outlet's assets and operations.
- Regularly update your Manager on:
- Stock issues, pricing, top-selling, and slow-moving items.
- Customer feedback on products and trends in Modest Fashion.
- New product ideas inspired by customer preferences.
- Recruit, train, and lead the sales team.
- Oversee the daily and monthly staff schedule.
- Ensure daily bank drops and send weekly DSR sales reports to the Accounts Team.
- Conduct brief daily team meetings to discuss targets, visual merchandising, stock issues, and feedback.
- Accurately manage stock receipts, returns, and internal transfers to minimize losses and discrepancies.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,400.00 per month
