Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize employee engagement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure accuracy in stock levels through regular stock audits.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Develop and manage the store budget, including sales targets and expenses.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Contribute to the analysis of sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Having min. 2-year related experience as a store supervisor especially in retail company
- Excellency in customer service, passionate with good fashion sense
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Service oriented with great passion for retail industry
- Energetic and positive
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
